By accessing our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

Our platform is designed for users aged 13 and above. Minors under 18 must have parental or guardian consent and supervision to use our services.

Our platform, including all source code, databases, designs, audio, video, text, images, and logos, is proprietary to Miner Pazar or licensed to us. These assets are protected by global copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Without our explicit written permission, no part of our platform or its content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes.

Eligible users are granted a limited, non-commercial license to access and use our platform and download or print content for personal use. All other rights are reserved by Miner Pazar.

3. Placing an Order & Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This does not guarantee acceptance. Your order is an offer to purchase products or services under these terms. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund, including delivery costs, if payment has been made. You are responsible for ensuring your order is accurate and complete before submission.

4. User Representations

By using our platform, you confirm that:

• All registration information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete;
• You will maintain and update this information promptly;
• You have the legal capacity to comply with these terms;
• You are at least 13 years old;
• If a minor, you have parental consent to use our platform;
• You will not use automated or non-human means to access our platform;
• You will not use our platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes;
• Your use complies with all applicable laws.

Inaccurate or incomplete information may lead to account suspension or termination.

5. Our Products

We strive to ensure products match their descriptions but may amend specifications to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, provided quality remains unaffected. You are responsible for reviewing product guides to ensure safe usage.

6. Product Warranty

We warrant that, for 12 months from delivery, our products will match their description, be free from material defects, and be of satisfactory quality. Defective products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.

7. User Registration

Some features may require registration. You agree to keep your password confidential and are responsible for all account activity. We may remove or change usernames deemed inappropriate at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liabilities

Miner Pazar’s liability to you, whether in contract, tort, warranty, or otherwise, will not exceed the fees you paid for products or services in the six months prior to any claim. We are not liable for data loss, substitute product costs, system downtime, or goodwill, regardless of legal theory.

9. Force Majeure

If a Force Majeure event prevents us from fulfilling our obligations, we will notify you promptly. Our obligations will be suspended, and delivery timelines extended. If you cancel an affected order, you must return delivered products at our cost, and we will refund the purchase price, including delivery fees.

10. Prohibited Activities

Our platform is for authorized use only. You agree not to:

• Advertise or sell goods/services without our approval;
• Use platform information to harass or harm others;
• Bypass platform security measures;
• Upload harmful material, such as viruses;
• Use our platform in violation of applicable laws.

11. User-Generated Content

Our platform may allow you to post reviews, comments, or other content. By posting, you confirm your content is lawful, non-infringing, and accurate. You grant Miner Pazar a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Binding Arbitration

Disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration at the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), per its rules.
